"I grew up in Cleveland and have spent my life living in the greater Cleveland area and can imagine no better place to live, work, and raise a family. I majored in accounting and business law and have spent the last 20-plus years of my career as a corporate director for a major motion picture theatre chain working and specializing in customer service relations. During the rapid growth era of the company, my attention was focused on new construction and providing support for the technical aspects of the operations. Transitioning to the real estate field was a natural step forward as the foundation seems nothing more than a mere extension of previous experiences by building customer relations and providing quality service.

The loves of my life are five dogs (four of them rescues), three sons, and one wife; though not necessarily in that order. I enjoy boating, jet skiing, and also have a commercial pilot license in aviation. I have been told that I am not very grounded, whatever that means. I also enjoy photography and videography and have volunteered filming video productions for local youth community theater.

Even though my canines and hobbies have given me great joy over the years, nothing can bring about more joy and satisfaction then that moment when you fulfill someone’s dreams and goals with one of life’s greatest achievements – home ownership!
